1.Keep moving! To kickstart metabolism, make sure to set aside time everyday tomove. Even a simple stroll in the morning or evening will do.
2. Drink up - Drinking plenty of water will keep your appetite in check. Drink a full glass of water before each meal and aim for 8 full glasses throughout the day.
3. Accountability- It’s important to find a friend, family member, or trainer who can encourage you to stay on track for reaching your goals.
