Knots in Your Neck?

Step 1: Find the sore area of your neck by palpating with the hand/fingers on the same side as the soreness.

Step 2: Put pressure on the area with your fingers.

Step 3: Bend your head diagonally and in the direction opposite the cramp as if you were trying to touch your armpit with your chin.

Step 4: Repeat steps 1 through 3 about 4 times. 3 times each day
